Turkey Tri-O-Ramas

So this might be my favorite thanksgiving project of all time.  2nd grade began by sculpting clay turkeys out of Crayola Model Magic.  One they were dry they were painted.  Students then learned how to fold paper to create a tri-o-rama.  Then came the hardest part.  Students had to design a background for their turkeys.  This was quite the challenge.  Students not only had to think about what to draw in their background, but also where to put it so it would fold up in the correct place, quite the puzzle!  My kiddo's did AMAZING and exceeded all my expectations!!
