Kente Cloth

I am beyond proud of the 3rd graders.  Students studied African Kente cloth and then wove a paper Kente design.  Students set up the entire weaving on their own and did a beautiful job on a complicated project.  I must say this is a winner that I will use every year.  I heard SEVERAL students say "this is the best project ever!".  As a teacher, it doesn't get much better!
