In honor of our Dale Chihuly unit, 4th and 5th grade went on a visit to Chicago's own Ignite Glass Studio. At the studio students got to meet with real life glass blowers and watch an amazing demonstration. The artists created a glass skull that is still cooling as I type this. Once the hot glass cools I will pick up our skull so it can rest in peace at Moos!
