Students studied the work of Georgia O'Keeffe, then each student was given a silk flower. The student has to sketch their flower so that it touched at least 3 corners of the page. The helps prevent the students from drawing a small flower and having tons of white space leftover. Sketches traced on crayon and then painted with watercolor.
